I have had the great opportunity to partner with Wayne and Stacy Hall over the last 20 years in the selling and purchasing of real estate in the Roseville area. During this span of time, we worked together on eight separate transactions. My first interaction was with Wayne back in 1998 when I was selling my first Roseville home. Throughout both the buying and selling process, Stacy would provide regular progress updates and inform us of any potential show stopping issues. Stacy always worked to keep the closing process moving forward. One of the more impressive aspects of working with Stacy is that she was always present for home inspections and when we signed closing documents to ensure all our questions were answered. Even after all the papers had been signed and the moving had concluded, Stacy would always follow up with us to make sure the transition to the new property had gone smoothly and to provide any further assistance if needed.
